HELP REGARDING MAC or ARP

First of all I, really appreciate help you are providing regarding linux . I have taught lot from you website. I need you help regarding arp or mac addresses authentication. I have configure squid using squid configure you have provided. Please guide me how can use mac or arp authentication in my run squid.
